Sales Tax
As a California based company, we must collect California State sales tax on shipment of CDs to addresses in California. Downloaded MP3 files are considered intangible, and are not subject to sales tax. Sales taxes are not collected on sales to addresses outside California.
Shipping Charges
The rates below are a guideline for the most typical shipping rates. In some circumstances, the shipping charge might be adjusted to match the actual cost of shipping.

Shipping Policy
- For USA addresses and one CD, we send by first class mail.
- For USA addresses and more than one CD we send by priority mail.
- For addresses outside the USA we use Global Priority Mail as first choice, when it is available for the address.
Privacy Policy and Credit Card Security
We will never give or sell the private information from your sales invoice to any other company, for any reason. We protect our database security with an industry standard level of protection. Perfect protection cannot be guaranteed by any company in today's world. Your information is most likely as secure with us as it is with your bank.
In order to implement our customer support policies, we need to keep a copy of your invoice in our database records so we can access it if you have any difficulty with your order. For example we might need your credit card number, if we need to give you a refund or make an adjustment in the charge.
In order to understand how our business policies are operating, we might analyze anonymous parts of your information, such as your state and city. That information will not be connected with your name, address, telephone number, credit card number, or other personal facts about you. It will be statistical data used to look at general business trends.
In order to allow us to send you special announcements and promotions by email, we will keep your name and email address on a mailing list. The first time you receive an email from us, you are given an opportunity to opt out if you choose not to receive those emails. We will remove you from that list then, or at your request at any time.
Warranty Policy and Customer Responsibilities
We guarantee to provide the highest possible quality of service and product. Our greatest asset as a company is customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. Any legitimate customer complaint will be acknowledged, addressed promptly, and resolved to customer satisfaction. When customer satisfaction cannot be achieved by other means, we will refund your money, with the exclusion of shipping charges (exclusion of shipping charges from a refund is standard industry wide practice).
It is best to contact us within 30 days after the transaction date if you have any problem with your order. In most cases, that is adequate and reasonable. However, we do not enforce any specific limit on your ability to request warranty support or help from us.
In the case of downloaded digital products, you are responsible for the maintenance and security of the product once it is on the hard drive of your computer. We will assist you if there is a problem or failure during the download process. But you are responsible to have the basic computer skills required to download a digital product. You are responsible to know where the data will be on your computer and to backup the data to preserve it in case of a failure or loss of your computer. Copying a downloaded digital product for any reason, other than owner backup is a violation of copyright and is prohibited. We cannot replace products lost because of a breakdown, theft, or other loss of your computer unless you want to purchase the product again. The case is similar with a CD music disk. If a CD music disk is lost or destroyed while in your possession, we cannot replace it unless you want to purchase another one. You are entitled to make one backup copy (for security purposes) of a CD disk you purchase from us. Copying a purchased CD disk for any reason other than owner backup is a violation of copyright and is prohibited.
